Dr. Sahib Dudani is the founder and former CEO of BatchMaster, who led the company's growth for over four decades since its inception and positioned it as a leader in batch process manufacturing and industry-specific ERP solutions. A lifelong entrepreneur and innovator with over 40 years of experience in the software and technology industry, Sahib brings deep industry knowledge, expertise, and a clear understanding of the challenges confronting formula-based process manufacturers. Sahib also serves as an advisor to the manufacturing and distribution industry, sharing his insights into the future of manufacturing software, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives. It is his life’s work to help businesses map out solutions to complex, industry-specific problems using modern technology that is as simple as possible.
Steve Tait, Chief Executive Officer
Steve is a seasoned industry veteran and executive with a proven track record of leading and growing high-performance teams, delivering innovative solutions, driving customer success, and creating a culture that all employees embrace. He excels at creating a vision that delivers results aligned with the company's core values without sacrificing his commitment to quality and excellence.
Before joining BatchMaster, Steve held various executive roles at SAP. He served as Global Lead - Sales Execution & Programs, in which he was responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, expanding channels, driving customer success, and enhancing marketing awareness for SAP S/4HANA Cloud across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Prior to this, Steve served as Managing Director for three distinct business units within SAP — SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign, and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition for North America — delivering consistent year-over-year growth for each segment.
Vinay Singh, Chief Product Officer
Vinay is the Chief Product Officer of BatchMaster, overseeing our platform strategy and execution, as well as product vision. With over 25+ years of experience, Vinay has been instrumental in shaping the core and industry-specific features of our process manufacturing ERP solutions. In his role, Vinay focuses on ensuring that the products meet the rigorous industry requirements and compliance standards essential to process and regulated manufacturers. His extensive experience across sectors, including food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, chemicals, and personal care, enables him to craft solutions that enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Vinay’s passion for solving complex problems, along with his focus on integrating emerging technologies, helps ensure that our product offerings continuously meet the evolving needs of manufacturers and distributors.
Ingrid Leon, Chief Customer Officer
Ingrid is the Chief Customer Officer at BatchMaster, where she leads the company's Customer Success team, comprised of Support, Account Management, and Technical Engagement Management team members. With over 22 years of experience in customer success, account management, and business development, Ingrid has a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention in the manufacturing software industry. In her role, Ingrid oversees customer engagement strategies, ensuring that BatchMaster’s solutions meet the needs of our diverse process manufacturing customer base. Her team is passionate about fostering long-term relationships, leveraging customer feedback to drive product innovation, and ensuring every customer achieves their desired outcomes.
Geraldina Pufnock, Chief Revenue Officer
Geraldina Pufnock is a seasoned business and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning finance, ERP consulting, sales leadership, and international operations. Her career has been defined by helping manufacturing and distribution companies modernize operations, improve efficiency, and drive measurable growth through technology. Before joining BatchMaster, Geraldina led successful SAP Business One implementations and spent 14 years as an independent ERP consultant, advising organizations across the United States and Latin America on digital transformation and process optimization. She later assumed leadership of Latin American operations at eWorkplace Manufacturing, where she transformed the region into a profitable, high-growth business, delivering an average of 25% year-over-year growth. As Chief Revenue Officer for BatchMaster, Geraldina brings a unique combination of financial expertise, operational insight, and customer-focused leadership that helps organizations align technology investments with long-term business success.
Sudi Gummi, Chief Marketing Officer
Sudi has spent his career bringing strategic rigor and growth thinking to specialized industries with nuanced needs — and that thread runs directly to his role at BatchMaster, where he leads all marketing for a company serving small and midsize process manufacturers in food, nutraceuticals, chemicals, personal care, and life sciences. He previously served as General Manager at eWorkplace Manufacturing, leading the OptiProERP business unit and scaling it from an early-stage challenger into a consistent growth engine, and earlier led marketing and strategy across the broader portfolio. He joined the software world from PwC, where he was a management consultant advising Fortune 500 clients on business strategy and digital transformation. Earlier in his career, he helped create more than $250 million in triple-bottom-line investment funds that delivered market-rate returns alongside measurable social impact in underserved communities. He holds an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He brings the same conviction to BatchMaster: that focus, substance, and clarity are what earn — and keep — a customer's trust.
Joshua Douglass, Chief Financial Officer
Joshua Douglass is Chief Financial Officer at BatchMaster Software, where he leads financial strategy to support the company's continued growth and innovation in ERP solutions for the process manufacturing industry. A growth-oriented CFO and strategic thinker, Josh brings a unique blend of financial leadership and operational insight, with deep experience in scaling organizations and optimizing business performance through data-driven decision-making. He partners closely with executive leadership to align financial strategy with long-term business objectives while driving efficiency across finance, systems, and operations. His career path into ERP SaaS was shaped by early experience in the hospitality and wine production industries, where he led multiple ERP and property management system implementations — giving him a distinct understanding of how technology enables business transformation. Throughout his career, Joshua has maintained a strong focus on leveraging technology to improve workflows and drive operational efficiency, and is particularly passionate about the evolving role of automation and AI in finance.
