Everson Spice Company is poised to “Spice Up” their growing customer base with BatchMaster ERP Food Manufacturing Software

Everson Spice selected BatchMaster ERP for Food Manufacturing to provide their growing custom seasoning company with a single, cohesive, comprehensive ERP solution for seasonings. From seasonings and marinades to stuffing and rice products, Everson Spice develops creative products for its food service customers, supplies a variety of ingredients to its food processing customers and offers unique value-added meat and deli programs to their retail customers.

“We added a warehouse application a few years ago to supplement our legacy system, but even after further customizations, our system simply could not support our exponential growth. We knew we needed to replace our disparate systems with a new all-in-one food manufacturing ERP software,” explained Anthony Mirabal, Controller. “Of the other systems we evaluated, BatchMaster Software’s Food Manufacturing ERP could not only meet Everson Spice’s requirements ‘out of the box’, but could manage the operations of our sister division, PBI Market Equipment, a factory-authorized distributor of kitchenware and equipment, as well.“

BatchMaster food manufacturing ERP’s mobile warehousing and lot traceability capabilities, including graphical bidirectional searches & recalls, will help Everson Spice exceed the product traceability and recall code requirements stipulated in their BRC advanced food safety certification program.

By auto generating and scheduling batch orders using BatchMaster MPS, then employing the MRP process to auto generate the necessary purchase orders for inventory required for those scheduled batch orders, Everson Spice can consolidate demand from their food service, industrial and retail programs to optimize production and maximize plant resources.
