SUPPLY CHAIN
MANAGEMENT:
|
| |
| BatchMaster®
Enterprise Supply Chain modules manage
the progress of your products from raw material
supply through Inventory management and production
to sales. This comprehensive suite of modules
assists the following roles: |
|
|
| Purchasing
supports the entire materials sourcing process,
from securing quotations with an optional
approvals hierarchy and vendor contracts management,
through multiple methods of purchase order
generation, to receiving and issuing vouchers
for incoming receipts. The purchase order
process simplifies item and vendor selection,
reducing costly errors and increasing productivity
while providing the information required to
make intelligent decisions. |
|
|
|
|
| |
| Inventory
Management provides the controls and confidence
necessary to manage your business with optimal
inventory levels. Five different valuation
methods are simultaneously maintained (Weighted
Average, Standard, FIFO, LIFO, Lot Cost (Actual
Cost)), and BatchMaster provides what is rare
in manufacturing systems: real-time and immediate
update of both quantities and costs for a
true perpetual inventory management system. |
Full
inventory or Cycle counting options coupled
with detailed reporting down to transaction
levels extends the physical counting from
an obligatory task to identification and elimination
of material shortage causes.
Comprehensive categorization, configurable
lot-tracking and multiple order methods allow
for precise control of inventory levels.
|
|
|
|
|
|
| Production
functionality in BatchMaster® Enterprise
was designed specifically to enhance the operating
efficiency of process manufacturers. Advanced
batch models such as SuperBatch
and Runs are supported. SuperBatch
allows for multiple steps of a single batch
to be contained in a single SuperBatch
object. Runs allows for large all day
batches to be separated into individual executable
pieces. Extensive Batch sizing options, and
optional BOM and Material substitutions give
maximum flexibility to the manufacturing process.
Full and Partial Closing allows for immediate
shipment of urgent orders. |
|
|
|
|
| |
| Production
Planning includes rough-cut capacity planning
at either a simple Process Cell level or at
an advanced Routing level. Compare projected
resource requirements to available resources
and process constraints to quickly spot idle
capacity or process bottlenecks to guide you
in better balancing your resource utilization
