BatchMaster ERP includes embedded Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This CRM
functionality keeps a complete trail of activities performed within a specific business
context, for example a Customer Order. |

Sales Opportunities incorporates a Prospect Master to track organizations
who have not yet become customers, and these prospects are shared with the Sample
Management module (see R&D, Sample Management). Complete
tracking of Sales Opportunities is available, including Win/Loss analysis and documents. |

Service Calls tracks all customer problems notified, solutions, expenses, and all
activities in context to each issue. |
|
Internal Email (called FYI) is included in BatchMaster ERP CRM, allowing
users to communicate on all issues, and to generate To-Dos for
other users to ac t on. These combine with My-Tasks which are accessed
automatically from any screen they are set for. |

Workflow options include Home Pages each with a graphical representation
of the processes for each functional area of the system, allowing navigation to
each process with a click of the mouse. |

Sample Management (see R&D, Sample Management) gives
complete control over all the tasks associated with product development, including
tracking all correspondence and documents. |

Powerful Approval management can be turned on for Formula changes, Purchase Requisitions,
and Sales Quotations. |

Approvals and Operational Dashboards can be accessed remotely via the BatchMaster
Business Portal. |
|
Operational Dashboards become the
day-to-day operating environment for each user by updating the critical data they
need to make management and operational decisions as transactions occur throughout
the day. |

All working screens within BatchMaster ERP have click-through access to all subsequent
functions required to complete a task, for example Sales Order > Shipping >
Invoicing. |
