While the protection of your IT infrastructure is just one part of your Business Continuity Plan, your BatchMaster Consulting Team will assist you to put in place a Disaster Recovery Plan, and help you make sure it works.

Simply taking a daily backup and taking it home does not qualify as a Disaster Recovery Plan. Regular testing of those backups to make sure you can restore them helps. There are many other aspects which are also vitally important, such as regular monitoring of your servers to minimize outages. We will work with your local IT support company to make sure this happens. BatchMaster understands that smaller companies cannot afford live “mirrored” instant backups, however as American Coatings can attest, we can provide emergency off-site equipment urgently if required.
